Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chairman Rahm Emanuel was scheduled to debate RCCC Chairman Thomas Reynolds on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos. Entangled in the Foley page scandal himself, Reynolds ducked the debate, sending Rep. Adam Putnam instead.
