is listening to what people are saying and then he will suggest what to
do…er um rather he will decide from the suggestions given to him.

My take……he wants to be the Decider, but he also wants to blame everyone around him when the results of his decisions are disastrous. It’s the troop’s fault, it’s the General’s fault, it’s the Iraqi’s fault, it’s the media’s fault, it’s the Democrat’s fault. Bottom line, he’s the Commander in Chief and it’s all his fault!!!! It’s the failed policy stupid.
