Sen. John Kerry was in Austin promoting his new book on Sunday. Kerry co-authored the book with his wife Teresa. The couple signed copies and answered questions.

Kerry even poked fun at the e-mails regarding the firing of eight U.S. attorney generals.

“So we’ve written this book, 254 pages, recycled it out of Alberto Gonzalez attorney general’s e-mails,” said Kerry.

A portion of the sales were donated to the Save Our Springs Alliance.
