Snopes is a great site to check out the Internet hoaxes and Urban Legends.
This one involves a supposed dead fairy that was found by a dog walker in England. it turns out it was made by a “prop-maker” as an April Fool’s Day joke. Apparently it worked to a lot of people, as it was sent in email after email with this incredible story.
