The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem - “The Irish Rover”
Tommy Makem died on August 1st at the age of 74. I have a longer piece on him with more tunes over at VS. A giant in folk music but especially Irish folk music, he’ll be sorely missed. I thought a rollicking tune would be best.
