They accused the General of "cooking the books ..." befoe they knew what the books said, despite the fact that he had the statiscal evidence that proves his conclusions. If the General's statements are "cooked", he'll soon be ratted out. I have met so liberals who open their mouths without knowing what the heck they're talking about. Liberals starts a lot of fire, but seldom have the solutions to put them out.
