The decider is just whining about the fact that there are still SOME things that others are involved in deciding. If they are not willing to defend their record and clearly define their positions then they should not be allowed to sit on the bench. If there is anybody we should be particularly judgemental about it's judges. For all I care Mrs. Alito can cry all the way back to the Country Club, sipping wine and eating beef and veal medallions along the way in her stretch limo.
