Come on, Anonymous. We both know that if not one “evil” word escaped my lips, you still would have claimed some hidden victory.

As for Principle Walker resigning, no problem here. It was chicken shit of him, but last time I checked, ignorance wasn’t illegal.

The problem, Anonymous, is not with Mr. Walker’s resigning. It was the reasoning he gave:

“Allowing the formation of this club on our campus conflicts with my professional beliefs and religious convictions.”

Great! But what about MY beliefs? What about MY religious convictions? People jumped to his defense claiming “this is Anmerica!” Well, it IS America! Gays have been arguing that point for quite some time now. And what has it gotten us? What if I wanted to openly serve in the military? Where are my choices? Where are those to stand and defend me?

Anonymous, defending Mr. Walker over a gay man is like defending a billionaire over a pauper. Makes absolutely no sense, yet people do it.

My error was in opening my mouth to begin with. I’m dealing with people who know beyond a shadow of a doubt that being gay is a lifestyle choice.

The “judge not..” stuff was speaking about not judging unfairly. The Bible is full of examples where God desired humans to judge.

I get why some people do not like Christians… they are mean and too legalistic. Who wants to sign up for that? But both sides of this issue show peoples intolerance.

The guy resigned…. what was so bad about that. He is allowed to resign (unless his contract prohibits it).

But toss in some action and it’s a whole different ball game. Yes, this IS America, A point that gays, women and blacks have been trying to make for quite some fucking time now.

So, believe whatever the hell you want, and allow me to believe whatever the hell I want… capiche?

Also, on the Bible, I recall “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” But that’s the funny thing about the Bible - full of contradiction - just the way a good Christian likes it.

As far as judging goes… the Bible actually mentions humans judging angels and are to judge in the context of right an wrong or “judge after righteousness.” One can make a decision whether or not another is right or wrong.

But then, again… some people are just too presumptuous and uptight on both sides!
