The 2006 Military Commissions Act opened up a whole new chapter and interpretation of our constitution and the Supreme Court just decided as much. McBush needs to go back to what he is good at, brokering crooked land deals for his cronies. He and the other authors of the 2006 MCA apparently have little, if any, knowledge of constitutional law. The demise of Habeus Corpus has got to be one of the most idiotic things our Govt. has ever done. Going back to pre-magna carta law is something that only a Supreme Court Judge that is politically motivated could agree with. It's legal insanity, plain and simple.
