Since I rarely turn on my TV, I’m grateful to blogs when they post Olbermann. So thanks, Ms. ?G. :)

Kos is right about the intensity dimming for Obama over his stand on FISA. That’s how it has affected me. He better do the right thing this week.

At least his campaign has dumped the pretentious prez seal:

Yep, I agree. Kos is right.

John Cole (Balloon-Juice), and others, have taken the position of surrender. They’d rather Obama swing Waaaay to the right and give in to this bill if that’s what it takes to get elected this November.

I can see both sides of the “don’t rock the boat” argument. But I have to side with the majority in that I want to see Obama do the right thing - Now!

I see no problem with Obama simply voting no, especially if immunity is left intact. If he votes yes, then we have another worthless “off the table - Pelosi” democrat.

I’m sorry. If his voting no will drive so many people into voting for McCain, we’re fucked as a country anyways… and not worthy of saving.

Well, Cole went way over the top, and has come back down to earth a bit on this. Here, we had a backroom deal with the Dem leadership lying in public, all to stall liberal and rule of law opposition. Obama can’t win that fight solo, but this is the worst bill since the Military Commission Act of 2006, and arguably worse. There are some very craven and corrupt Dems we need to oust.

I called Nelson (fl) again today and was told he voting for this bill whether retroactive immunity is stripped from it or not. Fucktard.

  5. Batocchio Says:

Nelson did that?!? Throw him off the blog!!! ;-)

  6. Buck Says:

Oh, yeah, it took me a second or two to get that. Ding, ding, ding!
