I've noticed something about these guys. Cheney, Shelby, the list is too long to detail here - they all talk out of the right side of their mouths. I don't mean philosophically, I mean physically. I cannot believe no one else has noticed this, and I'm leaning towards a congenital birth defect as being the cause; one which also retards their facilities for cognitive thought. Or, to put it more simply, they are brain damaged from birth.

Don't ya see. This is a way to sift the wheat from the chaff. A physical, observable attribute which would allow them to be shunned when their egomaniacal tendancies draw them to public service. Kinda like they do over race, sex and income level, but with actual empiricle evidence to support the prejudice. There must be a gene that could be screened...
