This is a way to sift the wheat from the chaff. A physical, observable attribute which would allow them to be shunned when their egomaniacal tendancies draw them to public service. Cheney, Shelby, the list is too long to detail here - they all talk out of the right side of their mouths. I don't mean philosophically, I mean physically. I cannot believe no one else has noticed this, and I'm leaning towards a congenital birth defect as being the cause; one which also retards their facilities for cognitive thought. Or, to put it more simply, they are brain damaged from birth. I've noticed something about these guys.
