by QuestionGirl • Tuesday, April 7th, 2009 - 10:16 amFrom a June, 2007 report: Now, with the declassification of a report by the Pentagon’s inspector general detailing psychologists’ role in military interrogations, the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services announced it will investigate. I don’t recall any hearings or investigation……do you? I remember reading about this, but no investigation. I actually read about this is in 2006, and I did a post a year ago about it. Now here it is again………and I’d bet, yet again, that nothing will come of it.

The report quoted one medical official as telling a detainee: “I look after your body only because we need you for information.”

And the GOP is trying to block Obama administration nominations unless they promise not to investigate/prosecute this stuff.
