Tagged: Crime, richard bagdasarianA former Boca Raton lawyer who acknowledged stealing nearly $1.2 million of clients’ money from a trust account has been sentenced to 15 years of probation, including some house arrest, and ordered to repay the money to victims.
Richard Bagdasarian, 54, is now a convicted felon after pleading guilty to organized scheme to defraud more than $50,000 and must wear an electronic ankle monitor.
Bagdasarian was also ordered to pay restitution to his victims, including nearly $440,000 to the Florida Bar Clients’ Security Fund.
