I think "warring" is a part of our evolutionary makeup. Football, wrestling, hunting and killing wild game, etc., are all good substitutes but nothing quite fits the bill of slaying your fellow man. And we've certainly came up with some good excuses why to do it too; skin color, sexual orientation, a made up Bible full of stone-throwing laws.
Others argue Mother Nature is behind all the hate and killing. She's trying to tell us there are too many of us stomping around on her.
Give me a break. It's 7:30am, the power keeps flipping off and on from overnight icy conditions, and I'm not quite awake yet.
