Things had already started heating up leading up to this. My hope is for peace there, but it ain't gonna happen. We really went and fucked things up over there. And while we're at it, we're never going to see "victory" in Afghanistan, either. We're no different than any other country that's tried and failed. Ain't gonna happen.
